Executive Coaching
Executive coaching for professionals who need space to think clearly
When you spend your working life supporting others, leading teams, making difficult decisions or carrying significant responsibility, it can become surprisingly difficult to hear your own thinking.
RLC Coaching offers a confidential, non-judgemental space where you can explore what is really happening, what might need to change and where potential might be unlocked.
It is a coaching conversation that helps you see more clearly, think differently and move forward with greater awareness and intention.

You may be here because:
Many of Rachel's clients come to coaching because they have reached a point where continuing in the same way no longer feels sustainable.
You do not need another opinion. You need a space that is entirely your own.

The work
What coaching can offer
Coaching creates the conditions for a shift in thinking.
The conversation is focused on you, your experience and your way of making sense of what is happening. Through careful exploration, challenge and reflection, new awareness begins to emerge. With that awareness comes the space to make different choices.
Clients often leave coaching feeling more grounded, more connected to their values and more empowered to act with intention rather than reaction.

What clients say
I have been using Rachel for coaching recently, she is approachable and friendly and has really helped me to focus on and progress with some professional issues I was having. She is an excellent listener but equally guides in a non-judgemental way. I can now see the way forward and through careful understanding and guidance I have been able to see through the fog that I felt and career progression that I would like to be on. I cannot recommend Rachel enough for her professionalism and caring attitude, I felt she understood me almost immediately and we were able to have an honest and therapeutic coaching relationship.

Coaching programmes
I worked with Rachel throughout 2024, and the potential she unlocked within me in that time was transformative. Over the space of a few sessions, Rachel's kind, trusting and endlessly curious coaching took me to places within myself I could never have anticipated. It triggered profound change, helping me improve self-awareness and move from a place of stasis to one of clarity of purpose and action. Within a few months, I was making rapid progress towards my goals, and soon after I made the career change that was the culmination of everything that had come before.

Coaching programmes
I have been receiving coaching with Rachel for the last 4 months. The coaching relationship has felt easy to form and Rachel has created a comfortable space for me to explore themes at work, challenge my thoughts and work out a way forward. I really enjoy some of the more abstract methods she uses, which has helped me draw out my own thoughts on a topic when these weren't immediately apparent at the start. As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent person, this has been the most helpful as identifying how I feel about something can be challenging. Thank you Rachel, I've thoroughly enjoyed working with you and it's been very beneficial to my work.
